Topic[s]:Pierrot New Path

Regarding "Pierrot's new path" I read an interview in which Kirito talked about the way Pierrot have progressed. Kirito said that he wanted to concentrate solely on the music and hence the dressing less and less visual. There is really no need for the band to dress like this anymore, (as I think) they feel nothing has to be proven anymore, and Kirito and the whole band can comfortably make music without worrying if its right or wrong. It seems that the band makes songs much more 'intuitively' now, and each band member will add a bit to every song and not have to worry about if it sound right or wrong. He also said the 'Phase' of needing to be saved (during the Private enemy period) which explained how everyone feels the need to be saved in someway, and that we all are born with original eveil, has ended. Instead the new 'phase' has started, and it's about finding a balance somewhere, hence the most recent songs are much happier in atmosphere. Kirito feels that extra things like image, label, photoshoots etc are unecessary to the production of songs, therefore alot of Pierrot has become minimalistic.
